TERMS & CONDITIONS

We usually ship merchandise within 35-40 business days of your order and offer a full money back guarantee to insure your satisfaction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. Products may be returned within 10 days after delivery date for a full refund of the product price for your choice of a cash refund or credit (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). Please enclose proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in resale condition and returned prepaid in the original packaging, packed inside another master carton.Warranty is included with most products. For a warranty service return the product to the address given on the warranty card. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

SHORTAGES & BACKORDERS
All items in our catalog are stocked in depth, but sometimes shortages do occur. You will not be charged for a backordered item until it is ready to ship. Your will be informed which products, if any, are on backorder usually within 1 week of order placement.

SHIPPING
Many articles will be shipped not assembled, above all the Murano chandeliers. International orders are shipped by FEDEX ® Federal Express, UPS or similar. On your request, we will be glad to assist you in determining the best method of shipping you prefer. When your country is not listed, please send us a e-mail.

RETURNS
Return Policy: You may return the merchandise within 10 days from date of purchase. Full refund will be applied only to unopened merchandise. TAX
All orders delivered within the ITALY will be vatable on the products and the shipping costs.
All the orders transported in ITALY and EUROPE will be included of IVA (VAT) on the products and shipping costs.
All orders outside Italy and Europe are Non taxable.
